The House
The house is designed by award winning architect, Jenny Mills, Chris' wife. It has four double bedrooms all with private en-suite bathrooms, comfortably accommodating 8 guests. This can be increased to 10 guests in the same home (combining the self contained flat) to have 5 double bedrooms each with private en suite bathrooms. The Studio has no access to the house garden or pool, this is private for those that have rented the house.

The property includes a self-contained flat, ideal for singles, couples and business visitors. It can also be rented along with the house for large groups. Please note that the Studio does not have access to the house garden and pool. The Studios Aloe and Protea are next door and are not part of this site.

Close to all amenities, shops, restaurants and bars in trendy Green Point. Close to an excellent breakfast and lunch venue, The Strangers Club. Easy walking distance to Giovanni's, Woolworths Food, De Waterkant Cape Quarter, the V&A Waterfront with its myriad of shops and entertainment. It is also walking distance to the Cape Town International Convention Centre (CTICC)

The House

It has a large back garden with a lovely sitting area and a 10 meter long salt water pool. Up to 10 guests can be accommodated in the same home (combining the Studio as a separate booking) to have 5 double bedrooms each with private en suite bathrooms. Please note that the Studio at the house has no access to the pool and the main garden area.
The Studio
The property has a self-contained studio that can be separately rented. Ideal for couples, singles and business visitors, needing a quiet comfortable space to stay. Private outdoor area, two single beds, en-suite bathroom and kitchenette. It has a seating area with Netflix and Internet. Please note that this Studio has no access to the house pool or garden.
The Studios Aloe and Protea are next door and do not form any aspect of this site nor photos.
Transport
Three routes of the My-Citi bus are close by with easy access to the city, airport and also all the best Atlantic Seaboard beaches. Shuttle collection from Cape Town International Airport for the guests account can be arranged. Uber normally within 3 minutes.
